In garden of St Michael's Convent. According to London gardens Online, has an "ancient" mulberry. Looks like a fabulous old tree from photos. The Convent has recently been sold for private development. "St Michael's Convent overlooks Ham Common and is the former grounds of the early C18th Orford Hall."
