Number 99. We used to live there. Prob ex part of Holland house [Ed: At the end of the 19th century this site was still at the western edge of Holland Park, i.e. the grounds of Holland House. The 1888-1913 6" OS map shows a line of trees ending roughly where this tree is., i.e. a few hundred yards due west of the formal garden at the west of the House. Abbotsbury Rd was built in two phases, from south-north. This part still wasn't built in 1920,.]
