In grounds of Muswell Hill Methodist church and estate . Mature , aged tree . At least 100 years old I would say Healthy. Managed .fruiting well . Access most days but is private grounds. Also in grounds are many trees . An ancient 400 year old horse chestnut. Arg.pra@virgin.net
